If you’re here, you’re likely holding a lot. You don’t have to keep carrying it alone.

A Little About Me

I’m Robin Predny, a therapist who helps adults and teens move through pain, burnout, and self-doubt to reconnect with themselves. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, and I draw from approaches like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy. I work best with people who are ready to explore beneath the surface — who sense that something deeper is asking to be seen, felt, and healed.

Like many of my clients, I’ve known what it feels like to hit a wall, to wonder how much longer you can keep holding it all together. I’ve walked through deep grief, caregiving, burnout, and starting over. These experiences shape how I hold space: with authenticity, empathy, presence, and a belief that healing is always possible, even when it feels far away.

I will earn a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and be trained in EMDR in September 2025. I have also completed trainings using modalities such as Polyvagal Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other trauma-informed approaches. I bring a calm, collaborative presence to sessions in order to honor your pace, your needs, and your story.

If you’re ready to take the next step, or even if you’re just curious, I’d be honored to walk with you. You can reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consult.
